The sole daughter inherits half, the wife inherits one-eighth due to the presence of the daughter, and the mother inherits one-sixth due to the presence of the daughter. The remainder is divided among the brothers and sister, with the male receiving the share of two females. This applies if they are full siblings or paternal siblings; otherwise, the remainder goes to the full brother. It is obligatory to refer to the Sharia court for matters of inheritance.
