Is it permissible to combine prayers (Dhuhr with Asr, and Maghrib with Isha) due to breastfeeding and abundant discharges that invalidate wudu?

The Hanbali jurists permit combining two prayers for a breastfeeding woman who finds it difficult to remove impurity for each prayer, and for a person with a continuous ritual impurity (such as urinary incontinence, prostatic discharge, or continuous nosebleed) due to the difficulty of performing ablution for each prayer. They base their argument on the Hadith of Hamnah concerning abnormal uterine bleeding (istihada).
