The question

Is it permissible to combine two prayers—either by performing them at the time of the first (jam’ taqdim) or at the time of the second (jam’ ta’khir)—with a single ablution (wudu’) and purification (istinja’) for a woman afflicted with urinary incontinence who has to repeat her istinja’ and wudu’ multiple times for each obligatory prayer?

The answer

We ask Allah to grant you healing and well-being. If what you are experiencing is only a whisper (waswās), then disregard it. But if it is a reality, then you have the ruling of a person afflicted with incontinence (sahib al-salas). Perform ablution (wudu') for each prayer after its time has begun, taking precautions, and whatever exits from you will not harm you until the time for that prayer expires. The Hanbali jurists permit combining two prayers for a person afflicted with incontinence.
