The answer

It is permissible for someone afflicted with urinary incontinence to combine prayers due to their illness, and they have the choice between performing them early (taqdim) or delaying them (ta'khir). One form of the "pictorial combination" (al-jam' al-suri) for someone with urinary incontinence is a combination in action, not in time. This means delaying the first prayer until the end of its prescribed time and performing the second prayer at the beginning of its prescribed time, so that both are prayed together, each within its own designated time.
