Is placing religious books and supplications with other items or next to magazines containing indecent images, or not cleaning the dust accumulated on them, considered among the nullifiers of Islam?

What was mentioned is not considered among the nullifiers of Islam, and things should not be placed on top of books of adhkar (remembrances) to avoid neglecting the reverence due to the name of Allah and His remembrance. One should be wary of waswas (whispers/obsessive thoughts) and yielding to them, for there is great evil in that.
