How is the inheritance distributed among 4 sons, 3 daughters, and a wife?

Her husband receives one-fourth due to the existence of a lineal descendant, as Allah Almighty says: ﴿But if they have a child, then for you is one fourth of what they leave, after any bequest they [may have] made or debt.﴾ [An-Nisa: 12]. The remainder is divided among the sons and daughters by way of ta'sib (agnatic inheritance), with the male receiving the share of two females, as Allah Almighty says: ﴿Allah instructs you concerning your children: for the male, what is equal to the share of two females.﴾ [An-Nisa: 11]. The matter of inheritances must be referred to the Sharia courts due to the presence of bequests, debts, or rights that take precedence over the rights of the heirs.
