How is inheritance divided between a husband, six sons, and four daughters?

If a woman dies leaving behind only a husband, sons, and daughters, then the husband receives one-fourth due to the existence of a inheriting offspring, based on the Almighty's saying: "But if they have a child, then for you is one fourth of what they leave, after any bequest they [may have] made or debt." The remainder goes to the sons and daughters by ta'seeb (agnatic inheritance), with the male receiving the share of two females, based on the Almighty's saying: "Allah instructs you concerning your children: for the male, what is equal to the share of two females." The inheritance is divided into 64 shares: the husband receives 16 shares, each son receives 6 shares, and each daughter receives 3 shares. The matter of inheritances must be submitted to the Sharia courts for investigation due to the possibility of hidden heirs, bequests, or debts that take precedence over the heirs' rights.
