Is drinking alcohol with one's husband after Fajr on the first days of marriage, then waking up between Dhuhr and Asr and praying Dhuhr on time but late considered haram?

Drinking alcohol is a major sin, and Allah Almighty has forbidden it in His saying: "O you who have believed, indeed, intoxicants, gambling, [sacrificing to] stone alters for idols, and divining arrows are but defilement from the work of Satan, so avoid it that you may be successful." He has also warned the drinker that he will be deprived of the wine of the Hereafter if he does not repent. Furthermore, the prayer of an alcohol drinker is not accepted for forty mornings. If he repents, Allah will accept his repentance, but if he returns [to drinking] after the fourth time, Allah will make him drink from the river of Al-Khabal, which is the pus of the people of Hellfire. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, cursed ten people regarding alcohol. As for delaying prayer beyond its prescribed time without a valid excuse, it is not permissible, for "Indeed, prayer has been decreed upon the believers a decree of specified times." Therefore, one must hasten to repent, abandon alcohol, and maintain prayers at their proper times.
