Is the amount of money offered to me for the workers who do not understand cooking to remain, after I wanted to deport them, lawful or unlawful?

If you incurred costs for tickets and recruitment fees for laborers who turned out to be unfit for work, you have the right to seek recourse against whoever deceived and defrauded you, whether it was an intermediary or someone else. However, taking money from them in exchange for keeping them under your sponsorship is not permissible.
