If importing labor from abroad is an independent activity undertaken outside of working hours, and your role is to mediate in providing workers, and you receive a commission for that—not for selling visas—then there is no harm in it.
However, if importing labor from abroad is part of your work within the company and you intend to take a commission from the workers (selling visas), then this is not permissible for the following reasons: 1. Taking a bribe from the workers. 2. Violating the conditions upon which the state grants visas. 3. Taking money from the workers instead of from the company.
