One should avoid prolonged hope and procrastination, seize opportunities, and associate with diligent and hardworking people while avoiding the lazy. It is also important to ensure there are no health issues, to pay attention to cleanliness and grooming, and to engage in physical exercise. Furthermore, it is advisable to read books and biographies that address laziness and highlight the value of time and diligence.
