What is the ruling on the fee for a hymenorrhaphy operation?

Restoring the hymen through surgery is not permissible in Islamic law due to several reasons: It involves uncovering the severe awrah (private parts) without necessity, it constitutes deception and fraud, and it encourages deviance. Whoever has undergone this procedure must repent to Allah, follow it with good deeds that erase sins, and conceal herself.
