Is it better to abandon ruqyah, and is my understanding of Fatwa No. 34559 incorrect?
Divorce does not occur by a man uttering it if it is due to obsessive-compulsive disorder, such that he dislikes and struggles against it. Thus, if he divorces with an explicit utterance but does not intend divorce thereby, it does not occur.
