What is the ruling on the purity of clothes that a mother washed with the rest of the garments after a dog licked one of them, and what should the son do about that?

If a dog licks socks, they become najis (ritually impure) and must be washed seven times, one of which should be with earth or a substitute like soap. If the water separating from the socks before the seven washes touches other clothes, it renders them impure. If the mother did not wash the socks and clothes in the manner described, they are not yet purified, and their washing must be completed seven times for them to become pure. However, if she washed them seven times, one of which was with something like soap, all of them have become pure, because the removal of impurity does not require intention, by the consensus of jurists.
