What is the ruling on describing Allah as "Glorified is He Who was compassionate to might and spoke with it, Glorified is He Who wore glory and was honored by it"?

This supplication is part of a weak hadith, but its meaning is sound. "May glory embrace you" (تعطَّف العِزَّ) means that Allah Almighty is独享 glory and rules by it, for Allah is the All-Mighty, the All-Wise. Glory (al-Izz) is an inherent attribute of Allah Almighty, established by the Qur'an and Sunnah, and "the All-Mighty" (al-Aziz) is one of His names. It is permissible to utter this description as a supplication and praise to Allah, but without attributing it to a hadith or a speaker from whom it has not been authentically reported.
