Why were the words "رأى" (saw) and "راء" (Ra’) written in this manner in the Mushaf?

The word (رأى) is written in Surat An-Najm with a hamza on the alif followed by a ya (رأى), while in the rest of the Quran it is written with a hamza on the line followed by an alif (رأءا). Many scholars believe that the Quranic orthography is miraculous and beyond explanation. However, Sheikh Muhammad Shamloul, in his study, suggests that words in which the hamza was written on the line indicated a visual رؤية (seeing), and the alif at the end of the word denoted the existence of a barrier or limits to that vision. As for Surat An-Najm, the رؤية (seeing) was a penetrating insight (روية بصيرة نافذة) or a vision of the heart (رؤية فؤاد) without limits.
