Is Hell a blessing from Allah? And how can it be so?

Paradise is the abode of honor and bliss, prepared by God for His allies, and Hell is the abode of disgrace, torment, and misery, prepared by God to punish His enemies and those who disbelieved in Him. Indeed, Paradise and Hell debated, and Hell said: "In me are the arrogant and the proud." And Paradise said: "In me are the weak and the poor among people." So God judged between them, saying: "O Paradise, you are My mercy; I show mercy through you to whom I wish. And O Hell, you are My punishment; I punish through you whom I wish. And for each of you, it is incumbent upon Me to fill it." Thus, Paradise is a blessing and Hell is a torment.
