Is it permissible for a man to deliver a lecture in front of women who are observing the Sharia-compliant hijab, and is it from the Sunnah to place a barrier between them, and is it permissible for a woman to look at a man?

Lowering the gaze in this era is difficult due to the weakness of faith and the proliferation of temptations. Therefore, teaching women from behind a screen helps both male and female teachers lower their gaze and keeps them away from temptation. This is because Allah has forbidden women from looking at men just as He has forbidden men from looking at women. Allah Almighty says: (Tell the believing men to lower their gaze and guard their private parts) and He Almighty says: (And tell the believing women to lower their gaze).
