How can I continue to call female students to religious commitment, especially after the success of my initial attempts to improve the attire of some and encourage others to wear the hijab, within the context of training my team while observing শরعي (Shari'ah-compliant) guidelines?

May Allah reward you for your eagerness to call people to Allah. Be sure to fortify yourself against temptations, and adhere to Allah's limits in dealing with women, by lowering your gaze, avoiding seclusion, being serious and modest in speech, and being wary of Satan's ploys. Seek the help of some of your female mahrams to call out to girls.
