The we adopt is that if a husband swears an oath of divorce and then breaks it, his divorce takes effect, whether he intended to bring about the divorce or merely to threaten or emphasize. He does not have the option to retract the oath. Therefore, your departure from the house without your father's knowledge causes the divorce to occur.
