What is the ruling on delving into discussions concerning the ability of fictional characters to create or bring to life, and what is the ruling on watching something that may involve an infringement upon Allah's power?

It is impermissible to watch movies that include claims of divine attributes, such as bringing the dead back to life. It is also impermissible to speak about such characters in a manner that implies not denouncing them. However, watching or speaking about them does not constitute disbelief (kufr) as long as the Muslim believes in the falsehood of such claims and that Allah alone is the Creator and the Reviver of the dead.
