What is the ruling on the money taken by the paternal uncles and aunts, which the grandmother had bequeathed to her grandchildren after her death, but it was distributed according to Islamic law, and the will was not heeded?

A bequest to a close relative who does not inherit is legislated and must be executed if it is within the limits of one-third and before the distribution of the estate. It is not permissible to alter it. If the bequest exceeds one-third, it is not executed unless the mature and discerning heirs approve it.
