What is the Sharia ruling on falling in love with a married coworker and reciprocating the same feelings with him, with the desire to marry him despite the fact that both of them have spouses and children, and what are the available solutions to get out of this situation while preserving both families?

A married woman establishing an emotional relationship with a foreign (non-mahram) married man is a grave abomination and a major sin. This man is considered a "mukhabbib" (one who corrupts a wife against her husband), and a severe warning has been issued against the mukhabbib. The mere thought of separating from her husband to marry this man is an omen of evil, and continuing the relationship could lead to committing indecency. The duty is sincere repentance, immediate cessation of the relationship, and avoidance of the causes of sin. For safety, it is necessary to leave work in this place as long as the causes of temptation persist, for whoever abandons something for the sake of Allah, Allah will compensate him with something better.
