The answer

It is not permissible to accuse paternal uncles of sorcery without clear evidence, even if it is confirmed with certainty that it is a grave evil and one of the seven destructive major sins. It is permissible to refer their matter to a judge, but it is not permissible to retaliate against them yourself, for a sin should not be met with a similar one. It is not obligatory for a father to build a house for the future of his children or his siblings, and he has the right to dispose of his wealth as long as he provides for his wife and young children in a reasonable manner. If there is a benefit in building the house, there is no objection to gently advising the father. Efforts should be made to reconcile the father and mother and remove the causes of discord, while avoiding sins, turning to Allah, frequently remembering Him, and supplicating. The cure for sorcery is by diligently observing remembrances (adhkar) and lawful incantations (ruqya shar'iyya) while relying on Allah.
