Does spreading the Beautiful Names of Allah among people fall under the meaning of "who enumerates them" as mentioned in the noble Hadith: "Indeed, Allah has ninety-nine names; whoever enumerates them will enter Paradise"?

The meaning of "Aḥṣāʾ" (enumerating/comprehending) the Beautiful Names of Allah, as mentioned in the noble Hadith: "Indeed, Allah has ninety-nine names, one hundred less one. Whoever 'aḥṣāhā' (enumerates/comprehends them) will enter Paradise," includes memorizing them, supplicating with them, and acting according to their implications. Al-Qurtubi mentioned that "al-iḥṣāʾ" (enumeration/comprehension) has three levels: counting, understanding, and being able to act upon them. Al-Nawawi preferred the view that what is meant is memorization. Merely publishing them without embodying the mentioned meanings is not the required "iḥṣāʾ."
