Is it permissible for a partner to take a sum of money from the business and record it in the ledgers as merchandise without prior agreement, under the pretext that the financial liability has not changed?

A partner is not allowed to take money from the company except with the explicit or customary permission of the other partners. Whoever takes money without the permission of the partner is obliged to repent to Allah and return the money they took.
