What is the ruling on informing someone who has lent money that the borrower is a prevaricator in repaying his debt and is not trustworthy financially, after his continuous prevarication in repayment?

The sacred texts are explicit in prohibiting procrastination and delaying the fulfillment of a right by one who is capable of doing so. The Lawgiver considered it a form of injustice for which the perpetrator is sinful and deserves punishment. The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The delay of a rich person (in paying his debt) is injustice," and "The delay of one who has means makes his honor permissible and his punishment permissible." Scholars have stated that making his honor permissible means it is permissible to describe him as unjust and procrastinating, and making his punishment permissible means he can be imprisoned and disciplined. Therefore, if you mention that the man wronged you by procrastinating in paying the debt, there is no blame upon you.
