Is it permissible for a sister to buy gold that has been willed to be sold to purchase sacrifices for the poor at a price higher than the market price to cover a deficit, and what should she do if she feels uneasy about her action?

Scholars have differed on the permissibility of a guardian selling to himself what he is entrusted to sell. Imam Malik permitted it if the guardian did not favor himself. Imam Ahmad, in one of the two narrations, permitted it on condition of an increase over the price and that someone else handles the bidding.
