Does the wife deserve the mahr (dower), the wedding jewelry, and the deferred dower if the husband requests a divorce after only five months of marriage and only one entry, due to disagreements and the wife's disobedience to him in contentious matters?

Once the husband has consummated the marriage with his wife, she is entitled to the full mahr (dowry). If he wishes to divorce her, she has the rights of a divorced woman. If she is disobedient (nashiz), he may deal with her according to the prescribed Islamic guidelines. He also has the right to restrict her if other means of reconciliation are ineffective, until she forfeits some of her rights.
