Is the wife entitled to her full mahr (dowry) and deferred mahr, knowing that the husband has not yet consummated the marriage after the marriage contract?

The Mahr (dower) becomes due upon the marriage contract. If the wife demands the immediate portion of her Mahr, the husband is obligated to deliver it to her. The wife has the right to refuse to surrender herself (consummate the marriage) if the husband refuses to deliver the immediate portion of her Mahr. As for the deferred portion of the Mahr, the wife is not entitled to it until its due date, and she does not have the right to demand it before then.
