Is someone who commits a sin (minor or major) considered a disbeliever, an apostate from the religion, if they commit it while being aware that it is a form of harm to Allah and His Messenger, based on the saying of Ibn Taymiyyah that whoever harms the Prophet (peace be upon him) while being aware of it is considered a disbeliever, and that sins are a form of harm to Allah and His Messenger?

Insulting and demeaning the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, necessitates disbelief and nullifies good deeds. This is a matter of consensus, unlike a mere sin that might harm the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, without intending insult or disrespect. For instance, prolonging one's stay in his house used to cause him discomfort, and thus it was forbidden, but it did not necessitate disbelief.
