How can one stop repeatedly watching pornography and leave one's family to seek Islamic knowledge, having been accustomed to them since childhood?

Treating sins and the loss of the sweetness of faith requires sincere will and determination. The first step is to initiate a sincere repentance by feeling remorse, seeking forgiveness, immediately abandoning sins, and resolving not to return to them. One must seek Allah's help, follow bad deeds with good ones, maintain prayers, associate with righteous companions, and turn to the Noble Quran. As for leaving one's family to seek knowledge, it is not a prerequisite, as the means of acquiring it are now available and easy to access.
