How can a letter be drafted to a company manager that includes Qur'anic verses and Prophetic hadiths to demand the regular payment of delayed salaries, knowing that the current employment contract does not protect employees' rights?

The employer must determine the worker's wage in advance and pay it on time without delay, and not burden him with work or hours beyond his capacity, as stated in the Hadith: "Give the laborer his wage before his sweat dries." It is forbidden for him to oppress the worker or diminish his rights established by condition or custom.
