ما هي الأحكام المتعلقة بنسب ابن زنا المحارم وميراثه؟

The crime of incest is extremely heinous, and its punishment is death. As for the ruling concerning the child resulting from this relationship, there are two cases:

1. If the woman who was subjected to incest is married: The child is attributed to her husband, unless the husband disavows him through li'an, based on the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "The child is for the bed, and for the adulterer is the stone." 2. If the woman who was subjected to incest is not married: The majority of scholars hold that the child is not attributed to the adulterer, but rather to his mother only, and they inherit from each other. They also cited the hadith: "The child is for the bed, and for the adulterer is the stone." Some scholars, such as Ibn Taymiyyah, differed and permitted attributing the child to the adulterer.
