What is the ruling on a man who agreed before marriage for his wife to complete her studies, then retracted his decision after the marriage contract, and what should the wife do?

If a wife stipulates to her husband that she completes her studies, he is obligated to fulfill this condition. She has the right to refer the matter to a judge to annul the marriage if he does not fulfill it, because the Prophet, peace be upon him, said: "Muslims are bound by their conditions," and "Indeed, the conditions most deserving of fulfillment are those by which you have made sexual intercourse lawful." Adherence to Islamic manners is obligatory, such as wearing the hijab and avoiding unlawful intermingling. Not all men treat their wives poorly, so fairness is necessary in evaluating matters.
