The answer

It is permissible for a woman and her family to stipulate the completion of her studies after marriage. If the marriage contract is concluded with this condition, it is valid and binding, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The conditions most worthy of fulfillment are those by which you make intimacy lawful." This condition must be fulfilled unless it leads to a forbidden act, such as the woman traveling without a mahram or the university being mixed-gender. The husband may discuss with her after marriage the possibility of dropping the condition if she agrees.
