If a religious man proposed to me and I do not want him, is it a sin for me?

If the rejection is for a reason other than religiosity, then there is no blame upon you; for you are not religiously obligated to accept a religious person. Rather, the Lawgiver guided towards accepting those of religiosity and good character and encouraged them, as an indication of what is preferable, and this does not mean disregarding other qualities.
