If the aunt prevents her niece from entering her house, the niece should try to maintain ties with her through other means, and anything customarily considered a connection is indeed a connection. Efforts should be made towards reconciliation, and righteous people should be involved as intermediaries. If one party strives to maintain ties and the other refuses, the sin falls upon the one who refuses.
