Is a wife's concealment of her cervical polyp condition considered deception that permits her husband to seek divorce and expose her?

The correct view is that the aforementioned matter is not among the defects that must be disclosed to the suitor, nor was it deceit or fraud towards the husband. What the husband did by spreading this matter among people is something he has no right to do, and it is not part of living together honorably. The husband is advised to fear Allah and live together honorably, and the wife is advised to be patient, seek reward from Allah, and supplicate for the righteousness of her husband and for righteous offspring.
