What is the ruling on a wife concealing from her husband the news of her ovary removal, despite her prior knowledge of it, and what is the required Sharia stance from the husband towards his wife and her family who participated in concealing the matter, and how can he deal with this problem that has affected his relationship with his family?

The wife erred by not informing her husband about the removal of her ovary. The husband is advised to find an excuse for her, based on the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, who said: "A believing man should not hate a believing woman. If he dislikes one of her characteristics, he will be pleased with another." And his saying: "Indeed, a woman was created from a rib, and she will never be straight for you in any way. If you enjoy her, you enjoy her while she has a crookedness in her. If you try to straighten her, you will break her, and her breaking is her divorce." The matter should not be exaggerated or expanded to involve both families. The wife should apologize to her husband and his family. The husband has the right to marry a second wife for the purpose of having children.
