What is the ruling on a young man photographing a non-Muslim woman at her request, and is his action permissible, or has he committed a grave transgression?

A Muslim must glorify the rulings of the religion and be proud of its rituals, and be a caller to Islam. It is forbidden to look at the faces of foreign women without need, so how about their hair and adornments, as Almighty Allah says: (Tell the believing men to reduce [some] of their vision and guard their private parts) [Quran 24:30]. Photographing a woman necessitates looking at her and speaking with her, and it is even more forbidden if she is adorned. The principle is that a Muslim denounces evil, so it would have been more befitting for the young man to invite the woman to Islam and inform her of the virtue of the hijab. He is required to repent and not return to such an act, and he must display the rulings of Islam before non-Muslims.
