Is requesting a transfer from Medina to Abha considered a sin necessitating expiation?

Residing in Medina has many virtues. It is permissible to leave it out of necessity, not out of a desire to depart from it. And whoever leaves it out of necessity is not blamed. It is better for a person to endure its hardships, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "No one from my Ummah patiently endures the hardships and severity of Medina except that I will be an intercessor for him on the Day of Resurrection."
