What is the ruling on one who masturbates in Ramadan, thereby invalidating his fast, then drinks thereafter? And does anything other than making up the fast become incumbent upon him?

Whoever breaks their fast by masturbating must refrain from eating for the rest of the day, and according to the most authoritative opinion, they must make up for that fast.
