If your friend obtained money in exchange for an unlawful seduction or for maintaining illicit relationships, she must dispose of it by spending it on charitable causes, and it is not permissible for her to keep it. However, if she was given the money for a permissible purpose unrelated to those unlawful matters, then there is no harm in her benefiting from it.
