Is it permissible to work as a sales representative for a foreign cosmetics and perfume company, convincing customers to buy them, especially if they are women? And is speaking with women considered a submissive tone of voice? And is selling cosmetics to a woman who displays her adornments (mutabarrijah) considered assisting her in her display of adornments?

It is permissible to work in foreign institutions, provided that the work adheres to Islamic law. As for working in the sale of cosmetics, its permissibility is conditioned upon the products being free of Islamic prohibitions, the absence of images of unveiled women on the packaging, and that they are not sold to those who are suspected of using them for display (tabarruj). Furthermore, this work may not be free from falling into forbidden acts, such as looking at women and hearing their voices with submissive speech. It is incumbent upon whoever seeks safety in their religion to distance themselves from places of temptation.
