What is the ruling on waqfs or charitable organizations offering a sum of money to whoever publishes an advertisement for the waqf or its video clip, and does the publisher receive a reward for the money they donated with the intention of the advertisers?

It is permissible to publish an endowment advertisement in exchange for a sum of money (a fee), as this is an act whose benefit extends to others, and the publisher of the advertisement deserves financial compensation.

Likewise, whoever performs an act of worship whose benefit extends to others, in exchange for a fee or sustenance, and sincerely dedicates his intention to Allah, will be rewarded for his action. This does not diminish his reward with Allah Almighty, because what is received is not a compensation but rather sustenance to aid in obedience.

Therefore, it is hoped that whoever publishes the endowment advertisement will receive reward, and will have a reward similar to that of the donors, because "the one who points to good is like the one who does it."
