What is the difference between mass (touch/possession) and nazaghat (instigations/whispers)?

"Nuzgh" (instigation) is the slightest movement from a human or a whisper from Satan. As for "mass" (touch/possession), it is the apparition that afflicts a person, causing him to experience whispers, anger, and fright. It has been said that "nuzgh," "mass," and "ta'if" (phantom/visitation) all carry the same meaning.
