Is it permissible to falsify an academic certificate to get a job, knowing that job opportunities are scarce for someone who graduated in 2009 and is living in difficult circumstances?

It is not permissible to manipulate the date of obtaining a certificate, as it involves cheating, lying, and deception. If companies stipulate recent graduation, then this condition must be adhered to, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Muslims are bound by their conditions."
