Is there a recitation for the Almighty's saying in Surat Ibrahim: {لَتزول} (latzaūl) with a fatḥah on the lām, and who is the reciter of it, and does its meaning differ from the recitation with a kasrah on the lām?

The widely accepted reading (jumhur (definition)) is: "وإن كان مكرهم لتزول منه الجبال" (wa in kana makruhum litazula minhu al-jibal) with the first lam (ل) having a kasra and the second (تزول) having a fatha. This means negating the ability of the disbelievers' plotting to remove the steadfast call of Islam, which is as firm as mountains.

Al-Kisa'i's reading is: "وإن كان مكرهم لتزول منه الجبال" (wa in kana makruhum latazulu minhu al-jibal) with the first lam (ل) having a fatha and the second (تزول) having a ratha. This signifies the immense magnitude of the disbelievers' plotting, to the extent that it almost removes mountains, but Allah preserves His religion.
