Does a wife become unlawful if her husband swore to her unlawfulness with the intention of threatening her, and the wife had concealed part of the truth?

If you did not tell your husband the truth as he intended it, then the prohibition is incurred. The preponderant opinion is that the prohibition of the wife refers to the husband’s intention: whether he intended divorce, ẓihār, or an oath by it. The husband should not resort to words of divorce or prohibition when disagreeing with his wife.
